Garment-Dyed vs. Standard Blanks
Most custom T-shirts start with pre-dyed fabric that is then cut and sewn into a finished shirt. The result is a shirt that looks consistent out of the box but feels stiff and tends to fade rapidly once printed and washed repeatedly. Comfort Colors does the opposite: the shirt is constructed first in white, then the entire finished garment is submerged in a dye bath. This is called garment-dyeing.

Production typically runs 7 to 14 business days from approval. Pick up in Tempe or ship anywhere in Arizona and nationwide.
