How an event order works
Most event orders follow the same five steps. Tell us your event date up front and we will work the schedule backward from it.
Request a quote
Send the event date, quantity, garment idea and your logo through the quote form or by phone.
Artwork prep
We digitize logos for embroidery or separate colors for print. Vector files are ideal; we can work from what you have.
Proof approval
You get a digital mockup showing placement, size and thread or ink colors before anything is produced.
Production
Everything is decorated in our Tempe shop. Rush schedules are available when the event is close.
Pickup or shipping
Pick up at 1715 W 4th St in Tempe or have the order shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Can you handle large corporate orders?
Yes. We specialize in bulk orders for corporate events and trade shows with fast turnaround and competitive pricing. Volume pricing applies as quantities increase.
Do you offer rush services?
Absolutely. If you need sports tournament apparel or other event apparel quickly, we offer rush options. Call 480-967-7015 with your event date so we can confirm what is possible.
Do you ship outside Arizona?
Yes, we ship nationwide so that family reunions, weddings and other events across the U.S. can enjoy our quality and service.
Embroidery or screen printing: which is better for events?
Embroidery is the better choice for polos, caps and jackets worn by staff, because it looks professional and lasts through hundreds of washes. Screen printing is the better choice for tees and hoodies in larger quantities, such as tournament or reunion shirts, where the per-piece cost matters most.
What artwork do you need from me?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway; our art department can recreate most logos and will show you a proof before production.
Can I mix men's, women's and youth sizes in one order?
Yes. Most of the polos and tees we use come in men's, women's, tall and youth cuts of the same style, so the whole group matches while everyone gets a proper fit.
