Blanks arrive in 2 to 5 business days and production takes 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, so three weeks before the holiday is comfortable and four is better for the busy ones. These are the order-by dates we work to; rush is available after them.
Knitted items such as custom Christmas sweaters are made to order by the mill and should be ordered by early November. Tell us the event date and we schedule backward from it.

Three weeks before the holiday is comfortable for printed and embroidered orders: 2 to 5 business days for blanks to arrive and 7 to 10 business days of production after you approve the proof. Christmas and Halloween are the busiest, so four weeks is better then, and knitted items such as custom sweaters need to be ordered by early November. Rush is available when the date is closer.
