How much do custom Thanksgiving shirts cost?
The blank tee plus the print. Tees on this page run from $4.71 blank, and a full-color DTF print adds about $5.00 per shirt at one-piece quantity on the styles in our store, so a one-off family shirt lands near $9.71 and the per-shirt price drops at 12, 24 and 72 pieces. Screen printing is the lowest per-shirt price for a Turkey Trot or a company run of 12 or more. Flannels and pajama pants start at $17.15 blank. Send the design and a count for an exact number, usually the same business day.
Is there a minimum order?
No. DTF printing and embroidery have no minimum, so a family of four or a single 'Head Chef' shirt is a normal order. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces because of setup, and mixed sizes on one order all count toward the same price.
When do I need to order for Thanksgiving?
Blanks arrive in 2 to 5 business days and printing is typically done 7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, so order by the first week of November to be safe. Turkey Trot and race orders should be in by late October so sponsor logos can be approved. Rush is available after that.
