What Is Precision Screen Printing?
Precision screen printing is screen printing held to measurable quality standards — not just "the shirt has ink on it." A precisely printed design registers every color layer exactly on the others, lays ink evenly and opaquely at the right mesh count and squeegee pressure, matches your actual brand colors, cures completely so the print survives years of washing, and holds crisp edges with no bleed or ghosting.
Most screen printing failures trace back to shortcuts: misregistered screens, undercured ink, or "close enough" color. A print that cracks after five washes wasn't cured. Fuzzy multi-color art wasn't registered. Precision means every one of those variables is controlled and checked before your order leaves the building.
