Left chest, 3 to 4 in
The tournament and club standard. A second logo (sponsor, event year) goes on the right chest, sleeve or back yoke. Keep stitch counts under about 10,000 on lightweight mesh.

The polos and towels priced below are the styles we stock most. For a specific brand, open its catalog search in a new tab, pick the style and color, and send us the style number with your logo.
38 women's golf shirts from Port Authority, Sport-Tek and OGIO, sorted from lowest blank price. Most have a men's counterpart in the same fabric and colors on the men's golf apparel page. Filter by brand or fabric, open a product for sizes and colors, and send the quantity for a decorated quote.

Blank prices from our catalog as of today; volume pricing applies from 12 pieces and embroidery is quoted per order by stitch count. Sizes, colors and fabric weights are on each product page.
11 golf towels from Port Authority, Carmel Towel Company and Liberty Bags: grommeted, tri-fold, microfiber, waffle weave and full-color sublimation. The lowest-cost tee gift that still carries a sponsor logo, from $2.87 blank.

Embroidered towels carry the logo in a corner or centered on the tri-fold panel. Sublimation towels (Liberty Bags PSB1625) print edge to edge in full color for event artwork that is too detailed to stitch.
The polo you pick decides how the shirt feels on the 14th hole in July and how the logo sits on the chest. This is what each fabric family is for, with the styles in our catalog that use it.
| Fabric | What it is | Best for | Embroidery notes | In our catalog |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Performance micro mesh | 100% polyester knit with a mesh texture; wicking, lightweight, often UPF rated | Tournament players, summer outings, Arizona course wear | Stable, embroiders cleanly; a light backing keeps the mesh from puckering | Sport-Tek PosiCharge RacerMesh and Micro Mesh, Port Authority Dry Zone UV Micro Mesh, Nike Dri-FIT |
| Micropique and pique performance | Polyester with a fine textured face; wicking with a more traditional polo look | Club staff, corporate outings, teams that want a classic look that still breathes | The most forgiving fabric for a detailed logo | Sport-Tek Micropique Sport-Wick, Port Authority Tech Pique, Dry Zone Grid and Ottoman |
| Silk Touch and poly-cotton blends | 65/35 or similar blend; softer hand, less shine, holds color | Pro shop retail, clubhouse and restaurant staff, everyday uniforms | Excellent stitch definition; the standard for left-chest logos | Port Authority Silk Touch L500 and L500LS, Silk Touch Performance L540, Stain-Resistant L510 |
| Cotton pique and EZCotton | 100% ring-spun cotton; heavyweight, matte, breathable in dry heat | Member gifts, premium retail, brands that want a natural fiber | Softer fabric benefits from a cutaway backing; keep fine text above 0.25 in | Port Authority Heavyweight Cotton Pique L420, EZCotton LK8000, Core Classic L100, Gingham LK646 |
| Heather and jacquard performance | Polyester with a heathered or patterned face; hides moisture and wear | Sponsor shirts and staff polos that get worn all season | Match thread to the dominant heather tone for contrast | Sport-Tek Heather Contender and Electric Heather, Port Authority Trace Heather, Digi Heather, Fine Jacquard, Diamond Jacquard |
| Premium stretch (OGIO) | Stretch polyester and spandex blends with a fashion cut and OGIO branding | Player gifts, executive foursomes, boutique pro shops | Use a stretch-friendly backing; keep logos under 3.5 in wide | OGIO Jewel, Glam, Gauge, Framework, Onyx and Metro polos |
Golf apparel is decorated by embroidery almost exclusively, because thread holds up to sweat, sun and weekly washing and reads as premium on the course. These are the standard placements we proof.
The tournament and club standard. A second logo (sponsor, event year) goes on the right chest, sleeve or back yoke. Keep stitch counts under about 10,000 on lightweight mesh.
Structured caps take the most detail; unstructured and performance caps need a simplified mark. Side and back-strap logos are common on tournament caps.
Terry and waffle towels use a topping film so the stitches sit on the loops. Microfiber towels take the sharpest small text. Sublimation towels print full color instead.
Stand and cart bags are embroidered on the removable pocket panel where the machine can reach; we confirm which panels on each bag model are stitchable before quoting.
A charity scramble with 144 players, a member-guest with 60 and a corporate outing with 24 all order differently. Tell us the date and the count, and we work backward on lead time and volume pricing.
Choosing men's and women's polos from the same line (Silk Touch, Dry Zone, PosiCharge, OGIO) keeps colors matched and the logo consistent across cuts. Two-color events usually run a light and a dark shirt in the same style.
When you do not have sizes, a typical adult split is 10% S, 25% M, 35% L, 20% XL, 10% 2XL. Ordering a few extra in L and XL covers the day-of swaps.
Your logo is digitized once at the polo size, then resized for hats and towels. Sponsor logos are digitized separately and can be placed on any item in the package.
Polo plus hat plus towel is the standard tournament gift and costs less per player than buying each item from a different vendor because the digitizing, setup and shipping are shared.
| Method | Best on | Look and durability | Typical use | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Embroidery | Polos, quarter-zips, hats, towels, bags, headcovers | Raised thread, matte or metallic; outlasts the garment | Club and company logos, tournament marks, sponsor logos | 1 piece |
| Direct-to-film (DTF) transfer | Performance polos and caps where a photo-real or many-color logo will not stitch | Flat, full color, soft hand; good wash life | Event artwork, gradient logos, player names | 1 piece |
| Screen printing | Cotton and blend polos, event tees and volunteer shirts | Flat ink, brightest colors at volume | Volunteer and staff tees ordered with the tournament polos | 12 pieces |
| Sublimation | Polyester towels and headcovers (Liberty Bags PSB1625 series) | Edge-to-edge full color dyed into the fabric | Hole-sponsor towels, commemorative event towels | 12 pieces |
| Laser applique and 3D puff | Structured caps and heavier outerwear | Dimensional, premium retail look | Pro shop retail caps, team travel gear | 12 pieces |
All methods are produced in-house at 1715 W 4th St. Embroidery is the default for golf apparel; we recommend DTF only when a logo has more color detail than thread can carry.
Every golf polo, hat and towel on this page is sewn on the multi-head embroidery machines in our Tempe shop. The video shows the digitized file running, the backing and hooping that keep a lightweight performance polo flat, and the finished left-chest logo. Because production is in-house, the proof you approve is exactly what comes off the machine, and reorders sew from the same saved file.
Choose from the polos and towels above, the category pages, or a brand catalog. Or tell us the event, headcount and budget and we shortlist two or three options.
Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal; a clean PNG or JPG works. Sizes per person, or a size-run split for gifting. Sponsor logos can be added later.
A mockup of each item with logo placement, size and thread colors, plus a sew-out photo on request. Nothing is stitched until you approve.
Blanks arrive from the distributor in 2 to 5 business days; embroidery is typically finished 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Rush available for tournaments.
Pick up at 1715 W 4th St, or we ship to the club, the office or anywhere in the U.S. Reorders for new staff or next year's event run from the saved file.
Player polos, tee-gift towels and caps with the event logo, plus sponsor logos on the sleeve, ordered in a size run for 72 to 144 players.
Staff and starter polos in the club colors, member-guest gifts and retail caps with the club crest, reordered through the season.
A matching polo, hat and towel for clients and employees, with the company logo on the chest and the outing name on the sleeve.
Team polos in men's and women's cuts, travel quarter-zips and bag tags, with names or numbers on request.
Small orders, mixed styles, no minimum: a dozen polos for a Thursday league is a normal order.
Branded apparel for teaching pros, fitters, simulators and course vendors, sold or given to clients.
Blank women's golf polos in our catalog run from $14.72 to $40.94, and most performance polos land between $17 and $28 before decoration. Golf towels start at $2.87. A left-chest embroidered logo is quoted per order based on stitch count, and volume pricing applies from 12 pieces. Send the style, quantity and logo through the quote form and you get per-piece pricing back, usually the same business day.
No. We embroider a single polo, a dozen shirts for a foursome sponsor, or several hundred for a charity scramble. Volume pricing starts at 12 pieces, and mixed sizes and styles on one order all count toward the total.
Yes. Nike Golf, TravisMathew, OGIO, Callaway, Titleist, Under Armour and FootJoy are all available through our supplier catalogs, alongside the Port Authority and Sport-Tek styles priced on this page. We embroider directly on the garment in our Tempe shop; there is no third-party decorator in the middle.
A lightweight performance polo in a moisture-wicking polyester: Sport-Tek PosiCharge RacerMesh, Port Authority Dry Zone UV Micro Mesh (which carries a UPF rating) or Nike Dri-FIT. Cotton pique and Silk Touch blends look sharper for clubhouse and staff wear but hold more heat on the course.
Left chest is standard, about 3 to 4 inches wide. Sponsors and tournaments often add a second logo on the right chest or the sleeve, and clubs sometimes use the back yoke below the collar. Every placement is shown on a proof before we sew.
Yes. Towels are embroidered in the corner or centered on a tri-fold panel, hats on the front crown with an optional side or back mark, and bags on the front pocket or ball pocket. One digitized logo file works across all of them, so a tournament package matches from the tee gift to the shirt.
Blanks arrive from the distributor in 2 to 5 business days and embroidery is typically finished 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Give us the event date and we schedule backward from it. Rush production is available for tournaments that come together late.
Yes. Most of the styles on this page have a men's counterpart in the same fabric and colors: the Silk Touch, Dry Zone, PosiCharge and OGIO lines are all sold as pairs. Order both on one purchase order and the team, staff or foursome matches.
Yes. Our Tempe showroom at 1715 W 4th St has samples of the most popular golf polos and hats, and we can bring in a specific style to try on before a large order. Open Monday to Friday, 8 to 5.
