Left chest is the standard, but it is not the only option. Every placement below is available on every polo on this page, and the digital proof shows exact position and size before we stitch.
1. Standard
Left chest, 3 to 4 in wide
Over the heart, the corporate uniform standard. Most logos run 5,000 to 10,000 stitches here; the quote is based on that count.
2. Personalization
Right chest: name or title
Employee name, title or certification opposite the logo. Added as a second stitch run, usually one or two lines of text.
3. Secondary mark
Sleeve, up to 3 in
A second logo, a flag, a union or association mark, or a sponsor on either sleeve.

What custom embroidered polos cost, and what moves the price
The blank polo
The biggest line item. Value polos such as the Port & Company Core Blend and Sport-Tek Heather Contender run $12 to $15; the business standards, Port Authority Core Classic K100 and Silk Touch K500, run $14.72 and $18.06; performance and premium styles from OGIO and Nike run $30 to $50.
Stitch count
Embroidery is priced by how many stitches the logo takes. A clean one-color text logo at left-chest size costs less than a detailed multi-color crest. We digitize in-house and will simplify a logo for a lower count if you ask.
Quantity
There is no minimum, but per-piece pricing improves at 12, 24, 48 and 72 pieces. Men's, women's and long sleeve versions on one order all count toward the same tier.
Extra placements
Names, sleeve logos and back-yoke text are each a separate stitch run and priced per piece. Most uniform programs are left chest only, or left chest plus a name.
Digitizing
Your logo is converted to a stitch file once. It is saved for every reorder, so the second order of the same logo costs less to set up than the first.

Can I mix men's and women's polos on one order?
Yes. Most of the styles on this page are sold as pairs: the Silk Touch K500 and L500, Core Classic K100 and L100, Dry Zone K110 and LK110, and the Sport-Tek Micropique ST650 and LST650 share the same fabric and colors, so the whole team matches and every piece counts toward the same volume price.
What is the best polo fabric for embroidery?
Pique cotton and poly-cotton blends such as Silk Touch hold stitches best and give the sharpest logo. Performance polyester embroiders well with the right backing; we digitize the logo for the specific fabric so lightweight mesh does not pucker. Very thin or highly elastic fabrics get a simplified design or a different placement.
Do you need a vector logo file?
Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG works for most logos. We digitize the file into stitches in-house, and that stitch file is saved for reorders at no additional setup.
Is embroidery better than screen printing for polos?
For polos, yes. Thread survives industrial laundering, never cracks or peels, and reads as professional on a collared shirt. Screen printing and DTF transfers are better for t-shirts, large prints and photographic artwork. The comparison table above shows where each method fits.
Do you ship embroidered polos outside Arizona?
