Sublimated Soccer Jerseys
Dye-sublimation infuses ink directly into polyester fabric instead of sitting on top of it. That makes it the method for fully custom kits: all-over patterns, gradients, sponsor panels, and unlimited colors with zero added weight and nothing to crack or peel.
Because the entire jersey is printed panel by panel before assembly, sublimation is quoted per design rather than from a flat price list. It is the strongest choice for clubs that want a kit no other team can order off a shelf.

Screen Printed Soccer Jerseys
Screen printing lays down thick, opaque plastisol ink one color at a time - the classic method for team numbers, last names, and bold one- or two-color crests. It is extremely durable on game jerseys and the most economical option per piece once an order reaches full-roster quantities.

How to Order Custom Soccer Jerseys
Five steps from first call to kickoff. Nothing goes to production until you approve a digital proof showing every name, number, and crest placement.
Step 1
Pick Your Jersey Style
Choose from the six High Five soccer styles above, or ask about a fully sublimated custom kit. We will confirm color availability and youth, ladies, and adult cuts for your roster.
Step 2
Confirm Your Roster and Sizes
Collect player names, numbers, and sizes before production begins - roster changes mid-run add cost and delay. We recommend ordering two or three extra jerseys in your most common sizes for late additions.
Step 3
Send Your Artwork
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) reproduce best, but bring what you have - our art team evaluates JPG and PNG logos and lets you know if a redraw is needed before anything is quoted.
Step 4
Approve Your Digital Proof
You receive a digital mockup showing the crest, names, numbers, and placements on your chosen jersey and colors. Production does not start until you sign off.
Step 5
Production and Delivery

Before artwork is finalized, we check your kit against the rulebook your team actually plays under. Here is the quick reference we use most often.
