Our Two-Step Approval: No Surprises on Your Logo
- Art approval. Our in-house graphic designers prepare and digitize your design, and you approve it.
- Sew-out approval. We stitch your logo on a fabric swatch so you can see the real thing one last time before production.

Design Tips for Great Embroidery
- Keep it simple. Bold shapes and clean lettering stitch best.
- Watch the small details. Very fine lines, tiny text and photo-like images don't translate well to thread.
- Limit colors and gradients. Fewer thread colors keep stitching crisp and costs down.
- Send your best art. We digitize from the artwork you send, so vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution image give the cleanest result.

How fast can you embroider my order?
We handle rush work: need one hat by tomorrow, give us a call. Larger runs, such as 1,000 polos, can be done in about a week. Call 480-967-7015 with your date and we'll confirm.
Is there an art or setup fee?
There is never an art fee for orders produced in-house. Our designers prepare and digitize your logo as part of the order.
Will I see my logo before production?
Yes. After you approve the art, we stitch a sew-out on a fabric swatch so you can approve the real embroidery before we run your order.
Can you embroider items I already own?
Yes. You can buy apparel from us or bring in your own hats, shirts, jackets, bags and more.
What file format should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) work best. A high-resolution JPG or PNG also works, and our designers can help clean up your logo.
Other Decoration We Offer
Embroidery isn't the right fit for every design. We also offer screen printing for larger runs, DTF printing for full-color designs with no minimums, direct-to-garment printing and promotional products.
