Mesa schools and PTOs
Spirit wear, PE uniforms, club hoodies, field day tees and fundraiser shirts for elementary through high school, plus college clubs.
Custom hoodiesScreen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG for Mesa businesses, schools, teams, churches and brands. Our shop sits just west of Mesa in Tempe, a short drive down the Loop 202 or US-60, and every order is produced in-house by the same crew that has been doing it since 1981.
Pickup and showroom at 1715 W 4th St, Tempe, AZ 85281, about 15 minutes from downtown Mesa.
Every category opens a catalog of blank garments. Choose a style, pick a decoration method, upload your art and we take it from there. Mesa orders can be picked up at the shop or delivered.
Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona and there is no single center to it, so we built our process around not needing you to drive in. Quotes, artwork and proof approval happen by email. Pickup at the Tempe shop is a straight shot on the Loop 202 from north Mesa and on US-60 from central and east Mesa, and we deliver larger orders to Mesa businesses and schools.
All four run under one roof, so we recommend based on your garment, artwork and quantity rather than on which machine we happen to own.

Most online shirt printers are a website and a warehouse. We keep a showroom stocked with decorated samples so Mesa customers can compare fabric weight, fit and how each decoration method looks on real garments before committing to a bulk order.
Mesa runs on schools, youth sports, trades and community organizations. These are the orders that come through our shop from Mesa most often.

Hi-vis apparelVolunteer tees, ministry polos, camp shirts and event apparel for congregations and community groups across Mesa.
Custom t-shirtsEmbroidered polos, printed staff tees and branded caps that hold up to daily washing and look consistent across every shift.
Embroidered hatsRetail-quality screen printing and DTG on premium blanks, low minimums for a first drop, and printed labels for a finished tag.
Custom labelsMost Mesa orders that start with shirts end up adding caps, drinkware or bags in the same logo. We source and decorate all of it, so one proof covers the whole set.
Fabric choice matters more here than in most of the country. This is what we tell Mesa customers before they order.
Moisture-wicking poly or poly-blend tees keep landscaping, roofing and construction crews cooler than cotton. Polyester rejects standard DTG ink, so we decorate it with DTF, embroidery or specialty screen inks.
A midweight cotton or cotton-poly tee is the best value for spirit wear and one-day events. It takes screen printing cleanly and the blend version shrinks less after repeated washing.
For restaurant, office and service staff, a wicking polo with an embroidered logo looks professional, stays cooler than pique cotton and keeps its shape through hundreds of washes.
Light garment colors reflect heat, and a lightweight long sleeve protects arms on job sites better than a tee. Both print well with DTF and embroidery.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print cleanest. A JPG or PNG is fine to start; our art department recreates most logos and you approve a proof before production.
Everything up to production happens by email or phone. You only drive to Tempe if you want to see samples or pick up in person.
Send quantity, garment idea, sizes and your logo through the quote form or call the shop.
We recommend a blank and a decoration method for your art, fabric and quantity, and price it out.
You get a digital mockup with placement, size and ink or thread colors. Nothing is produced until you approve it.

Yes. Most styles come in youth, adult, women's and tall cuts of the same garment, so a school or team order matches while everyone gets the right fit. Screen printing needs the same ink colors across the run; DTF, DTG and embroidery can also mix garment colors.
