Hi-vis tees, safety-colored long sleeves and embroidered work polos that meet ANSI requirements on the job site.
Hi-vis apparelScreen printing, embroidery, DTF and DTG on tees, polos, hoodies, jerseys and work shirts for East Valley businesses, schools, teams and brands. Twelve shirts or twelve hundred, decorated at our Tempe shop and shipped anywhere in the U.S.
Showroom and production at 1715 W 4th St, Tempe, AZ 85281, off Priest Dr near the Loop 202.
Every category opens a catalog of blank garments you can decorate. Pick the style, choose a method, upload your art and we take it from there.
All four run in our Tempe shop. This is how we decide which one to recommend when a quote comes in.
| Method | Best for | Sweet spot | Durability | Color and detail |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Screen printingPlastisol and water-based inks | Tees, hoodies, event and team shirts with 1 to 6 spot colors | 24 pieces and up; cost per shirt drops fast with quantity | Highest on cotton | Bold, opaque color; exact Pantone matching |
| EmbroideryDigitized thread logos | Polos, work shirts, caps, jackets, uniforms | Any quantity, including single pieces | Outlasts the garment | Clean logos and text; fine detail is limited by stitch size |
| DTF transferDirect-to-film heat transfer | Full-color art on almost any fabric, including polyester and performance blends | 1 to a few hundred pieces; mixed sizes and colors in one run | Strong, flexible | Unlimited colors, gradients and photos |
| DTG printingDirect-to-garment inkjet | Photo-quality art on cotton tees, small runs and one-offs | 1 to 50 pieces | Softest hand; fades gently with washing | Unlimited colors, soft feel, best on light cotton |
Names and numbers on jerseys are cut from heat-applied vinyl or printed with DTF, depending on the fabric. More on each method at printing we offer.
Choosing a garment from a website thumbnail is a guess. Our Tempe showroom has decorated samples of the tees, polos, hoodies, jerseys and caps we use most, so you can compare weight, fit and how each decoration method looks on real fabric.
The same shop handles a 12-piece crew order and a 1,200-piece school run. These are the groups we outfit most often.

Custom jerseysEmbroidered polos and printed tees that survive daily washing, with a consistent logo across every shift.
Custom polosRetail-quality screen printing and DTG on premium blanks, low minimums for test runs, and custom printed labels for a finished tag.
Custom labelsEmbroidered dress shirts and polos for staff, plus printed tees and totes for open houses, trade shows and company events.
Event apparelPerformance tees, tanks and hoodies for members, race days, tournaments and charity runs.
Custom t-shirtsThe garment matters as much as the print. A few things we walk every customer through.
The classic tee. Takes screen printing and DTG best, breathes well, and shrinks slightly on the first wash. Pick it for promo tees, events and retail brands that want a soft, matte print.
Less shrinkage, fewer wrinkles, lighter feel. A 50/50 or tri-blend is the safe choice for uniforms and school spirit wear that gets washed constantly.
Moisture-wicking and built for Arizona heat. Polyester rejects standard DTG ink, so we decorate it with DTF, embroidery or specialty screen inks. Ideal for teams, gyms and outdoor crews.
Lighter fabrics (4 to 5 oz) for summer and giveaways, midweight (5.5 to 6 oz) for uniforms, heavyweight for hoodies and streetwear. Most styles come in men's, women's, youth and tall cuts so one order fits the whole group.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print cleanest. Send a JPG or PNG if that is what you have; our art department recreates most logos and you approve a proof before production.
Five steps from first message to finished shirts. Tell us your in-hands date up front and we schedule backward from it.
Send quantity, garment idea, sizes and your logo through the quote form, or call the shop.
We recommend a blank and a decoration method based on your art, fabric and quantity, and price it out.
You get a digital mockup with placement, size and ink or thread colors. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Everything is decorated at 1715 W 4th St. Rush schedules are available when the date is close.
Pick up in Tempe, or we ship anywhere in the U.S.
Embroidery, DTF and DTG have no minimum; you can order a single piece. Screen printing is priced for runs of 12 or more, and becomes the most economical option around 24 pieces and up.
Standard production is scheduled once the proof is approved and blanks arrive, typically within two weeks. Rush options are available; call 480-967-7015 with your in-hands date and we will confirm what is possible.
In many cases, yes. Bring a sample by the Tempe shop so we can confirm the fabric works with the method you want. Customer-supplied garments are decorated at your risk, since we cannot replace a piece we did not source.
Yes. Most of our customers are in Tempe and the surrounding East Valley, including Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Local pickup is at our shop near Priest Dr and the Loop 202, and we ship orders anywhere in the U.S.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result for screen printing and embroidery. For DTF and DTG a high-resolution PNG at print size works. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our art department can recreate it.
Yes. Screen printing needs the same ink colors across the run, but garment sizes and cuts can be mixed. DTF, DTG and embroidery can mix garment colors as well.
